 What does it mean when you wake up crying from a dream? at 9:44 PMIt happened to me again. (this is the 2nd time) I don't know if I was sleeping or dreaming. But I can hear myself whinning,crying in pain,I have no idea why.. So I googled about it.. and some say is. "You feel frustrated by a loss of something or a person. You are suppressing the feeling in real life, but it is holding you back and making you feel despair. You need to confront your loss and anything attached to it to get past the sadness that you are feeling." ^I kinda agree to that. "It's a common symptom...crying upon waking." ^Really? It's normal? I am feeling really scared.. :/ It's scary hearing yourself cry. And you don't even know weather it's in your dream or reality. All I know that is.. My eyes were OPEN... omg.... It's open. I can see but I couldn't stop crying. I couldn't move,It's like I knew what was happening but Couldn't do anything. :'((( what's happening?
